Why Does it Matter?
Nutrition is important for every one--as what you eat directly impacts how well your body will work for you. Think of it as asking a maintenance person to take care of a building, but your'e not going to give this person any useful tools to work with. How can this person do their job? It's the same way with your body. If you give your body nothing useful/helpful to work with, how is it going to do its job of keeping you healthy? It won't be able to. That's why it's important to learn what it needs to function well. If you're experiencing any symptoms at all, in any area of your body, that's your body's cry for help--that something is not working well. Many times it means your body isn't getting what it needs to keep everything working in tip top shape, so you can feel well, and have energy to do all the things you would like to do, to enjoy life!
