Nutrition
Knowing what is important to provide for your body determines how healthy you are and how healthy you feel.
Generally speaking, the goal is to provide your body with whole foods, while avoiding chemically-laden foods, artificial foods, or unhealthy foods..
Whole foods are those that appear in nature, without artificially added products, or chemicals.
Chemically-laden and artificial food and beverages hinder how our body can work. We will discuss more of this in the future.
We will start our focus on what type of foods we want to incorporate into our every day life, so our body can work for us as it should, providing constant repair, and can work at maintaining a body in optimal health.
Below, I have provided several categories of foods we want to add to our daily nutrition plan. Each category is desperately needed to provide the unique characteristics each one gives to our body, to provide our body with the necessary tools it needs to carry out the millions of functions that provide us with a tip-top-shape working body.
Other categories explain organic foods and their importance, and the last category discusses unhealthy foods.
This is nutrition information that will benefit every single one of us. Our body literally starts falling apart inside when it's not being provided the nutrients it needs. Eventually this breakdown shows up as symptoms. Symptoms are your body's way of crying out for help, that something, or many things are not working the way they should.
If you are dealing with specific nutrition issues, or digestive issues --which could possibly be hampering your ability to digest properly or absorb nutrients properly, or any other symptoms, please schedule a personal one-on-one phone consultation appointment to specifically address what you are dealing with.
